Anatomy of the Elbow

The elbow is a hinge joint between the decrease finish of the humerus bone within the higher arm and the higher finish of the radius and ulnar bones within the decrease arm. The arm is bent and rotated on the elbow by the biceps muscle tissues within the entrance of the higher arm. The arm is prolonged or straightened by the triceps muscle at the back of the higher arm. Ligaments positioned on the entrance, again, and sides of the elbow assist stabilize the joint.
